Thumb style. Not generally compatible with trigger-style shifters. Take care to assure that the paddle cannot catch on anything, like an adjacent twist shifter body! Available in both left and right-mount versions. If you choose right-mount, you should run your brakes English/moto style, with the rear brake on the left for best control with this style.
